Secondly, KOMDIS only hear a testimony from Erwinsyah and PSMS management, without hear a testimony from Legimin, M.Yusuf, and M.Roby. Legimin, M. Yusuf, and M. Roby said if they didn’t know anything about this accident. But KOMDIS didn’t believe with their testimony and KOMDIS accused if they give a wrong testimony.

Thirdly, if KOMDIS fall a punishment for Gonzales, it means KOMDIS will kill his talent, and his opportunity to be a Top Score will be close.

Fourthly, without Gonzales Persik will be loss their striker and Persik must search substitute Gonzales with an eliminated fund.

Cause that, I think Gonzales not must has punishment, because KOMDIS hasn’t strong proof. In future I hope KOMDIS must more fair, and wise in the finishing a problems.
